Had many issues with things not working in the room. We were told they were not fixing things because the wing was being shut down, gutted and re-done. Hopefully it will be better for future guests. The employees were as helpful as they could be given the situation.
This is a nice place to stay if you are passing through. It’s a little rough around the edges. The breakfast is nice. Great cinnamon rolls! Lots of things we shut down though. Elevator was down, laundry room was down, and the pool was closed. They had a sign that said there were shark sittings in the pool! It was a nice place to stay!
Driving through and stopped for night. Night auditor Michal-Ann was a gem. Extremely pleasant and welcoming, not to mention absolute genius in putting me in room that matches my March birthday and happened to have 2 beds. I never remember room numbers so that was very clever. Room was very clean. Tub/shower was a older in comparison to rest of room, but it was clean and room was very comfortable. I was looking for a future hotel stop for road trips to visit family and had not found one that I would do again until now. This will definitely be my hotel of choice as my stopping point between. Thank you and kudos!
Service was always kind and helpful, no major issues with my stay. The other reviews about hotel rooms being dated are true- the room I stayed in was well used but still functional. The bathroom counter did not appear to of been cleaned as the previous person's beard trimmings were still present. This is not a major issue as it was easy to clean, and the toilet and shower were clean. Location and cost were decent and if you need a place to stay in a pinch this location would work out.

I had the utmost pleasure during my stay. This place was great—an excellent smorgasbord breakfast, a great room, and a very comfortable bed. Everything was five stars.
Front desk staff was very professional and friendly, rooms were very nice and clean, breakfast was excellent good variety and cleaning stuff was super nice... Highly recommend staying here you won't be disappointed...
I was only here for a few hours due to time restraints on my trip schedule, but it was nice and clean and just felt good. The Front Desk girl, was nice and helpful and really cute. I liked her Plus it is in a Nice Place. Beautiful. Please Stay here if you're in Kansas.
